It's one day, I can't see it mattering too much...

Yep, my boyfriend knows how much I weigh and what my goal weight is

Hey Miguel! I'm just a moderate endurance runner who uses the treadmill on an incline 3 times a week or so - no races or marathons for me  I'm averaging about 6-8km per run with a goal of 10km sometime in the next few weeks. Feel free to add me :flowerforyou:

Depends on what I do: - Karate is twice a week for 90 minutes - Step class maybe once a week for 60 minutes Everything else is just gym floor work on cardio and weights equipment, maybe 3-4 times a week: - Treadmill for 40-60 minutes + 20-30 minutes of weights (60-90 minutes total) - Or (instead of treadmill)…

Coz women are genetically programmed to go for taller guys - they're the smarter choice for natural selection

Too right. Yeah, it's kinda sad if it's happening every weekend, but everyone's done it at least once and the only thing to do is shrug it off and count yourself lucky that nothing worse happened.

Hahaha, yeah tell me about it :P My 21st was a couple of months ago - it involved lots of margaritas, 6 jagerbombs EACH and various other cocktails. I don't remember much, but apparently I managed to verbally abuse a whole bunch of people, spend hours crying and seriously mess up a taxi cab on the way home... At first I…

Heya - I know how you feel. I ate so much last night; I never really considered myself a binger though. I just ate and ate; marshmallows, chips, dry cereal >.< I didn't log it, but I estimate that my day was anywhere between 2,000-2,500 calories. I felt really bad for not logging it and receiving good feedback on my day…

Heya, I'm in Wellington - always accepting new friends

Your tummy looks great!

Yeap, I'm not disputing that it's about a sensible calorie intake; I don't think that my caloric intake is insensible. Like I said before, I try to meet my TDEE -20%, but I don't want to have to reiterate my point. Check my food diary if you like, it's open to the public

Uh, I do exercise a lot... almost everyday of the week in fact: karate, running, heavy lifting, and gym classes etc. So don't tell me that I need to "get off my *kitten*". In any case, that wouldn't change the net calories anyway; the recommended net would still be around 1,200 despite eating more gross calories...? The…

I got the same as the average person from Saudi Arabia, below my national average (New Zealand) but above the world's average; less body fat than 62% of females my age in NZ, but more body fat than 71% of females in the whole world 0_0

Pretty much what everyone else has said: Start slowly. Go for your walk as per usual, but every couple of minutes take it at a jog. Revert back to walking as needed (when you feel like you can't jog anymore). Keep cycling like this, gradually increasing the pace of your jog. Eventually you won't need to break and walk as…

150 in the second set of pics?

I don't think it's easy for those of us under 5ft to qualify for the "eat more to weigh less" group... my TDEE -20% is 1,600-1,700 calories which still gives me a net of 1,100-1,200 calories anyways. My maintenance calorific allowance on days with no exercise is still only 1,600.

1. Height: 5'0" 2. Age: 21 3. Current weight: 124 lb 4. Gross calories: 1,400-1,900 5. Net calories: 1,100- 1,600 6. Yep, maybe around about a pound every 10 days or so 7. Goal weight: 117 lb

I've never had any kind of rule about that...

Awesome - will do this once I'm done with assignments and have a bit of spare time

I'm 5'0"; 130 lb technically puts me in the 'overweight' BMI category. I'm just aiming to get to a mid-range healthy BMI and add a bit of muscle definition. Maybe I'm not 'fat', but I'm definitely not skinny or fit looking either; I'm sick of thinking things like, "I'll never look like that" or "I'm too short to be skinny…
-
I don't really know if I'm technically "eating more"; I typically NET at about 1,100-1,400 (and occasionally 1,600+ on lazy days). I exercise a fair bit so that has me eating anywhere between 1,400-1,900 calories a day. In the short amount of time I've been on here, I'd say I lose better when I'm netting around 1,200. I'm…

You look amazing! Good luck with the last 5!!

I went from around 12C to a 12B/10C after losing only a few pounds, and my boobs were the first thing to shrink... However, they haven't sagged, they've actually gotten perkier I think. I do a lot of exercise, both cardio and strength training, so maybe that helped prevent saggage.

Feel free to add me - I've got at least 7 pounds to go. No time limit, but by September would be awesome. Might make it an even 10 depending on how things go

If you're not too limited on time, I like making oat pancakes for breakfast - I could eat them everyday but they're a little high in calories - comes to about 450 when you include toppings (I use margarine and maple syrup). Anyways, this is the recipe: Mix the following: 1 mashed banana 1/2 cup oats 1 egg 1-3 tablespoons…
