I try to workout 5 times a week , but it doesn't always work. I think that 7 days a week is far too much. Your body needs a break!! If I were you, I would walk everyday like you do, but twice a week would do no more exercise, apart from that. You should be proud of yourself i think that you have achieved a lot!! :)
