  • I make taco meat & freeze in ziplock baggies (one serving per bag). I put it on lettuce & tomatoes to make a taco salad, put it on a baked potato, or make a taco out of it. My husband travels so I don't want to cook meals when he's gone. This makes it so easy. also do this with chili.

  • That's what I was thought. I didn't understand how you don't gain it back. It's not healthy to sweat & not drink water to replenish.
