It shouldn't make your feet hurt, especially in the first two weeks when you are still walking more than running. I might go to a running store and have them check out the shoes you have vs. the shoes best suited for your feet and gait. Realizing that exercising has become habit, not something I dread. I plan my food intake the day before so I can stay on track. started c25k 2.5 weeks ago and I WILL be running a 5k race July 1st! I know I can do it! :)
