  • When eating CORRECTLY...the body will rid of whatever it needs to.. eat your fruits, veggies, and water as recommended.....and you will be fine! It's called eating right and EXERCISING....you won't have any energy to workout if you do the "lemonade diet"..and you will be losing muscle..not fat.
