oooohhh thanks people, u have genuinely made my day! it can really be quite frustrating sometimes, working this hard and seeing it get worse... but i suppose such is life!!! meanwhile I shall carry on eating broccoli and lifting 1million kg weights, and hope that someday, somehow, I may just look slightly slimmer :-D

I'm sorry.... I have the same! I have stopped running for over a week already and it still not gone. I have been advised to rest, elevate etc. I have been rubbing in one of those ibuprofen gels and it seems to be easing pain, but tried running again but had to stop! Be careful X
