Ahh! I'm so glad I came across this thread! I'm trying to get ideas for working out in my home next month. I'm moving to an extremely remote community in northern Canada. I won't have the gym, or my bike with me! This should be awesome!

I've been to both - Women Only and Co-Ed. I personally liked the Co-Ed better. I found that once you get over being self conscious about working out in front of guys, it's not a big deal at all!
