I went from a 32DD to a 30E with only a 16lb weight loss. Thank goodness! You would think an E cup is bigger but it's not, it's actually smaller than a DD when the band size goes down. I'm SO happy they're smaller!

I do about 30 minutes 3 times a week. Sometimes when I'm not working overtime at work I'll take a couple classes at the gym and those are usually 45-60. I can tough out a longer class but at home I cannot work out for 45 minutes +! It works for me and if I try to over do it I get burned out and quit so do what works for…

I'll have a splurge MEAL from time to time. Helps keep my sanity and it doesn't seem to delay my losses. For me I can't get over 130/140 doing her videos. When you're walking on the trail though it's not the same as her leg lifts, side steps etc. I imagine the video would be higher but for me that is awfully high. Could be correct for you though.

On the weekends I sleep late and end up "skipping" breakfast as well. I eat full fat cheese, nuts, avocados, peanut butter, 2% milk. Or I'll treat myself to ice cream, mini bag of Doritos etc if my meals themselves don't add up enough. ETA: This doesn't happen often as I'm usually going over 1200 in general :p

Mine does but it didn't hurt until I fractured it downhill skiing. That was two years ago and it still causes me pain :sad:
