Cellulite is mainly genetic which sucks. I had cellulite at age 13 when I was 110lbs! As I've aged and gained significant weight and lost weight and gained weight and lost weight well, it's gotten bad. When I'm closest to my goal weight it looks better. I also have the roll which I call my "double butt"! I like to do Butt…
You may not like but they still can't break the laws of physics and manufacture fat cells from thin air. All the medical conditions make it more likely to store fat, yes - but you have to have excess energy to store as fat in the first place, and those come from overconsuming. It's not magic.
I owned my…

Ok really, thank you to everyone. I am however still laughing at the suggestion of colon hydrotherapy. How amusing it would be to find out my problem is that I'm just actually full of shiz. Hahahahaha. I know a few people who would have a field day with that!

I'll circle back to my gyno where this all started to check on PCOS. In the meantime I'm still waiting for my 2nd opinion at a new endo. No worries about me looking for a medical diagnosis on the internet! I started with the professionals before I ever came here. It is however helpful to read about certain labs to check…

Oh and as far as stress goes, yes, I could use less of it that's for sure.
-
I have not and all this talk of malignant and benign tumors has me a little freaked out!
-
Um...I'm pretty desperate but I think I'll pass on that!

I was not aside from OTC pain relievers.

LOL for days and days. GTFO.

Yes, this was part of the numerous labs I had drawn. All of which came back normal. After that they told me I was fine.

I've had blood pregnancy tests in a clinic. Twice! I am not pregnant! If by some miracle I've gotten false negatives on my blood work I should be getting a big surprise in the next month or two. And if that's the case? I'll be sure to link my episode of I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant on here and we can all laugh (or maybe…

I'll have to look into PCOS more and bring it up with the new endo when I see them. My periods have completely stopped so I guess it is a possibility. I had never really considered this before so thank you for sharing info on it. At this point I feel like it has to be medically related. It certainly isn't from a lack of…

Need2Exerc1se - I've never been tested to see if it's actual fat. I'm guessing at least part of it is but some could be water retention. LAWoman72 - Yes I weigh and measure all my food. Right now I'm on the 20% less than TDEE plan 1800 cals per day. I did drop to 1200 for a brief time of torture just to try it out. After 3…

I know I'm super inpatient! I took measurements and "before" pics. Again. I hope to get back into the exercising more this week which I know might stall out the loss due to muscle water retention. I'm a fan of strength training but have a rotator cuff injury I'm still working through so I'll have to be creative with what I…

Yes I was. Then I got married and threw it all out the window on the honeymoon. I decided I'd try to stay conscious of what I was eating and portions instead. This worked well for awhile while monitoring my weight but it was a slippery slope into doing nothing at all and eating everything! I'm now 15lbs+ and trying to lose…

I guess we just disagree. I'll take your quote "he wanted to try and see if his intellect can override his lesser sexual attraction to her". Right there I'm blaming him. Men ARE visual, he should have known better and it's his fault and incredibly unfair to her.
-
No he shouldn't have to forego his biological sexual preference but why is he with her then? If that's not what he's attracted to why did he begin a serious relationship with her? He shouldn't have to give up his ideals in the same way she shouldn't have to mold herself into what his ideal weight would be. She deserves to…

Thanks for your response! I do wear a HRM for exercise to caluclate my calories burned however who knows exactly how accurate that is as well? Maybe I'll cut back on eating back my exercise calories for now.

I haven't checked it since losing the 15-ish pounds but at the time it was....gulp.....37% :( I would say it's definitely lower. Maybe I should get it rechecked.

Ask to change your meds. I take Zoloft and have lost weight on it. My friend took Zoloft and gained 25lbs. Everyone is different and your reaction to a drug might not be the same as another drug.

I don't get to wear it until April but this is the one I bought! I got it in a size 6 and now I'm on exercise restriction from a hip injury and I'm getting worried about the body hugging style! Eeek.

Ah thank you! Apparently I still can't master PIP's!

Rachel Bilson. She's got a great butt! I give up on trying to post the pic! GAH.

For right now they don't even want me to swim but I'm hoping that after they get the results of my MRI back then I'll be able to add something like that in.

Not Canadian but from Minnesota. All I want to eat is mashed potatoes, heavy soups, pot roast, more mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, even more mashed potatoes etc! This spring I'm getting married though and my dress is mermaid style so I've got to keep myself in check this winter.

I feel phantom fat often :/ I've been thin most of my life but I'm what they call a skinny fat person. I've never been fit. Therefore even when I weighed less and looked decent in clothes, I hated how I looked in a bathing suit or naked. Pictures, pictures and pictures help. Look at pictures of where you came from. Once I…

Hated Zumba. I've got rhythm and like to dance and this was not a workout for me at all. I would like spinning but I fractured my tail bone earlier this year and still can't handle the bike very well. I LOVE Body Pump. I go 3 times a week. I also do pilates, Body Flow or yoga once or twice per week. I do all classes alone.
