i bought i timex one, its good, i entered my hieght and weight, when i was doing the strength training, i was taking minimal rest and i was keeping my heart rate up, the lowest it got was around 120 to 125, so it stayed up there.

it also means that youve been drinking alot of water, if you didnt sweat that wouldnt be good, sweating is good. and dont feel to bad due to my meds im on, it makes me sweat even when im sitting in front of and a/c.

as long as you dont go under 1200 calories a day, then pick an amount around there and stick with it. so if yours says to eat 1700 eat 1300, just dont fall under 1200 a day
