OK - wow, I have a lot to learn. I was proud of myself for substituting tofu for meat - ha! Is there something particular about soy that is negative on good health? I don't (knowingly) eat a lot of it, but I do like Tofu.

My rule of thumb when eating out is to always order the healthiest fish entree on the menu. If no Fish, then I look for the healthiest salad. If no fish or salad, probably not a place I wanna eat at. :)
