Nothing. Sugar amount has no bearing on weightloss. in fact, most people ( myself included) don't even bother with tracking it.

I think I hit close to 5000 on my last "cheat" day (if not a little more). It doesn't happen often, though

Lift 6 days a week and do minimal cardio. Hopefully going to start adding a bit more cardio into my routine soon

60 - 80 minutes lifting, 5-10 minutes cardio. Somedays cardio will go a little longer if it's nice outside and I feel like running.

Do you have a Kroger near you? That's the only place that I know of. Pretty sure you can order it off the Bell Plantation website or Amazon, also.

Never tried that brand, but there are ways you can doctor it up. I like to add sugar free pudding mix (many different flavors to choose from), peanut butter (Or PB2), or frozen fruits to mine. Also, you can cook with protein powder also. The possibilities are endless. ETA: as for a brand that doesn't taste like "butt",…

Weights first, cardio after. you should always do a quick cardio sesh (5-10 minutes) before lifting to get your body "warmed up", so to speak, but save your main cardio for after the weights.
