If you've ever read the nutrition label of most oats, you'd know that the serving size is pretty much 1/2 cup..that's not an assumption. I highly doubt a restaurant would serve less than that to a patron

Good post. however, I disagree with the part that suggests making lower cal substitutions. why eat an apple and Peanut butter if you want a candybar? Why stop eating cheese? Definitely do It in the morning and get it out of the way, if possible. I'm 2 weeks away from finishing my second round of Insanity, but motivation has slipped because I'd wait too late and not feel like doing it..lol. Otherwise, it's an awesome program and you will achieve good results as long as your diet is in check

Reminds me somewhat of the dannon oikos greek yogurt. Its really smooth and creamy,with a pretty decent flavor. My favorite so far is the pineapple mango. Plus, they're onsale 5/$4. Cant beat it

3/4 bag of pepperoni and you call that a binge? Couldnt have been bad calorie wise..only thing i'd worry about is the sodium,but you can drink lots of water to counteract that. No biggie

Tried those confetti cupcake ones.. they were gross. Tasted and smelled like playdoh. Red velvet is hands down my favorite, even surpassing the old school brown sugar
