Lol, I hear you man. Maybe you're not actually hungry, but thirsty instead? Try drinking water next time the urge hits

I wonder what song this is?

Nobody said Chris Brown yet? This dude is in the media at least once a day (or so it seems) for lashing out on paparazzi, talking s*it about other performers, or dashing in and out of a relationship with Rihanna and her big forehead. He's almost 24 years old and has YET to mature. When he does something wrong, he makes a…

No. No point in forcing yourself to eat if you're not hungry
-
I don't get this. Why do people hate on Nickelback? They have a couple good songs out there
-
The Beatles! Their music is nothing to write home about..... Oh, and I'll probably get flamed for this (considering this person isn't a band), but... Michael Jackson. Yeah, I said it. What's the fascination?
-
No, do not pause the video. If you need a break, just stop and catch your breath and jump back in when you're ready

This summer, Shaun T is releasing a new program called Focus T25. It's supposedly an all-out cardio workout (similar to insanity) that is only required 5 days a week, 25 minutes per day. Maybe that would be a good choice for you.

Not having a flabby stomach anymore

Depends on the style of your dress, really. The second ones look the best, however.

Start off with a nice big salad and glass of water, then hit up the lean proteins. Good thing about Golden Corral is that they have tons of grilled meats to choose from, everything from chicken to steak. It's quite easy to eat healthily at a buffet if you're sensible about it. If you decide that you want some dessert or…

Can you sub anything for the apple sauce? Greek Yogurt, perhaps?

Pick a pastry in the database thats somewhere around 500 cals and call it a day...better to overestimate in this situation. Please don't make this complicated
-
If you're ever unsure, its always best to overestimate rather than under. Given the two figures above, i'd choose the larger one and call it a day (although I highly doubt its that high)
-
Look up each individual item in the database and add the amount together. Voila
-
Look up the menu online and/or in the database and estimate. One pastry is NOT going to kill all your hard work.
-
I've learned that you should always overestimate the calories listed on the restaurant menu, because chances are, they're wildly inaccurate
-
If it fits in your calories, get it. Not understanding the problem here

I love this

How do you know what camel butt and/or poop tastes like? Anyway, I just keep it simple. I use the cheap Body Fortress protein powder from Wally World, gets the job done and it's actually pretty good.

Month 2 is where your results come, more specifically, the last two weeks. Month 1 is just preparing your cardiovascular system along with the rest of your body for the hell it's going to be put through in the second month. Don't expect to really see any huge changes in body composition during Month 1.
-
Just finished Week 1 of Month 2. This is my second round, so I've been around the "insane" block a couple times. Anyone feel free to add
-
Good info. Disagree with the 6 small meals per day part, though.
-
Commit yourself to the workout and you'll see great results
-
Do it! It's by far one of the best workouts I've ever done. It's full of a lot of jumping and squatting though, so if you have bad knees it may not be the best program for you.
-
My first thought is that you possibly need an alignment. How are your tires?
-
This. Unless you're extremely morbidly obese, chances are, 1000 calories were NOT burned in a single zumba session.
