Join the club. I blew my calories by atleast 1500-2000 today, but I don't regret it. It doesn't happen often, so I just enjoy it while it lasts. Back to the regularly scheduled programming tomorrow

Breakfast: Couple bowls of apple jacks or frosted flakes Lunch: Stuffed crust meat lover's pizza or Shrimp fried rice Dinner: A big plate of cheese cake brownies and vanilla ice cream, along with a couple of donuts and various cookies

I'd say to look in the database for a comparable item if you can. Above all, just enjoy the gift from your husband . A couple hundred calories never killed anyone :wink:

All you need is your body, a towel (for at the end when you're lying in a pool of sweat), and definitely a water bottle. Also, a heart rate monitor would be ideal (although this is optional) so that you know exactly how many calories you're burning.

Pretty sure it's mostly water, maybe with a small amount of fat. However, I'd bet my favorite testicle that all 15g were not fat
