I feel like you're missing the bigger picture if you don't focus on Macros. You can obviously lose weight by watching calories, but isn't the overall goal to be healthy?

I notice that you "drink" alot of your calories. For starters, I'd probably instead use those calories on foods that provide more nutrients than what you're getting from the drinks. Also, your protein seems to be pretty low

I like the Dannon Oikos or the Light & fit Greek yogurt. It's only about 80cals and 12 grams of Protein. Tastes really good
