I am 5'6" and in 2006 weighed 220lbs. I got down to (early 2010)by keeping a food diary in a little black book. I feel off the wagon, hit 40 and then got back up to 194. I joined in May 2012 and am down to 183 again and hopefully will be back at 167 again soon. I had some difficulty trying to balance work, family, school…

When I was 5, I used to believe my stepmonster when she said the cabbage salad was made of raw onions.... now I know she is and always full of ****... Now... I believe I can actually lose weight thanks to this site...love my app!

Ripped in 30is another good one by Jillan. Levels are challenging and sure 35 minutes from start to finish. I use this one and the 30 day shred.

I have only done Leve 1 so far, kind of scared to do the rest but I think it is a combination of all the squats and dead lift rows, etc including the fast feet. I love the feeling cause the legs are my problem area....

Definately not healthy at that range. I was 220 and cut to 1500 per day and the weight fell off. Your body will hoard the fat at that caloric intake. Go to 1200 minimum

I love the 30 day shred. I am a full time mom, work full time and go to school part-time but I can manage to squeeze in 27 minutes 2 or 3 times a week. She works every body part and is so nice to feel muscle in my arms again.

I work full-time and have 2 kids and a husband. I also attend college part-time. Most of my exercise is Jillian's 30 day shred. It is painfull but it works. Oatmeal with frz blueberries, raspberries and blackberries and a little bit of no sugar ed smith maple syrup. I have had the same breakfast for 10 years... mix it up on the weekends. I would be lost without my oatmeal.
