I was on a very strict diet at the time. 1. flexetarian - heavy plant base with eggs, fish, dairy, fruit , nuts, tofu, soups, beans, temph, soy products, ate at mostly vegetarian restaurants and eateries that offer lots…

5'9, goal 150(size 6). Im at 160(size 8-10). I've been between 135 (size 2) and 175(size 12). My main focus is building muscle and losing fat, not just being skinny. I rather have energy and strength to support my joints for life-long activities as I get older.

i had planet fitness for a year and really liked that i had three locations near me to choose from. The mornings were best not too crowded and i did the walk at 3.0 to 3.5 for 30-45 min and i did other machines to switch it up to not get bored. I paid $20/m in order to use all PF locations. but if there are no other…

why skim? there are other options...lactose free milk may be an option, I like horizon's 2% lactose free milk. If you are trying to avoid animal byproducts then you can also look into rice milk, hemp milk along side almond milk, just continue to check the labels for nutritional content as you already been doing.

Im ok with the results, but I still have to keep up the routine. That's the hard part. You have a lower BMI than 82% of females aged 30-44 in your country Global Below average You have a lower BMI than 52% of females aged 30-44 in the world Did you know? If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would remove…

When I eat that way I lose weight quicker. I would take the challenge for the week. Then add back in greek yogurt and oatmeal - i find those two help improve my digestion.

Yes, i have heard about this for years. It has helped me in the past, the challenge really is DOING IT. When you live in a society, culture, family etc where carbs, breads, pasta, rice, potatoes make up a majority of the meals it can be difficult to break this habit.

One idea I got was based on a yogurt ad - it was chia seeds with walnuts and blueberry yogurt. So i use plain greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, walnuts and a teaspoon of chia seeds. Another idea was to add them to my berry smoothie I also add them as part of my ice cream toppings with fresh fruit and cocoa nibs And once I…

sounds like you are doing everything right....if you just started then it will take time for your body to adjust to the new habit. It may take anywhere from 21 days to 3 months for you to feel comfortable with your routine. At this point you may want to focus on "triggers" that may cause you to fall off from time to…

Ive tried a particular "blue" diet pill that was meant to remove the fat by preventing it from being absorbed by your body.
