I don't think it will make that big of a difference. 19 lbs isn't that much. I have lost 34 lbs so far and I had to get a smaller bra but the cup size was the same.

I want to lose a total of around 80 lbs.

I drink 1 a day and don't plan on stopping. My favorite is diet cherry coke. Sure I would like to drink 2-4 of them but I only drink 1 a day and drink mostly water and maybe a cup of coffee the rest of the day.

I clock in and check all of my residents to make sure they are still breathing and in their bed.

I am 5' 1.5" and I am a CNA, I am pretty active at work. I eat 1200 calories when I am being good. Some days that just doesn't cut it and I have to eat a little more. I am happy if I stay under 1500.

I did not beat it. My MIL gave us a bag of fun sized candy bars :ohwell: .

I have eaten 10 fun sized candy bars today. I did really good the last few weeks but not this week. Candy is my weakness and because of Halloween it is in my house and in my mouth. Luckily we only have a little bit left.

I have always been a huge sweets eater but the last few months I have gotten much better. I really try to stay within my calories for the day and If I eat to many sweets I end up being hungry the whole day. You just have to fit them in. Sometimes I need something sweet so when I go to the grocery store I get a single candy…

I have my goal set at 1200 but some days I need more. If I am under 1400 I consider it a successful day.
