I had a bad weekend food wise. I ate a bucnh of things I shouldn't have....I stayed near (slightly over my BMR). Today I'm eating healthy again. THis afternoon I'll do my kettlebell circuit training and then HIIT.

I have two ways to stay motivated. 1) I post my last body fat test on the outside of my fridge so it is a reminder everytime I go to snack. 2) I put everything in MFP before i eat it. If I'm hungry and am low on calories left for the day I'll go exercise. Then once Im done I get to eat whatever calories I burned. #2 works…

I'd say I'm the oddest dressed guy in my gym. I am normally wearing whatever random t-shirt I find along with my short rugby shorts and my vibram 5 finger shoes. While the short shorts look odd when doing kettlebell swings short shorts are more comfortable than baggy crotch basketball shorts.
