I listen to most of this stuff but I also listen to a bunch of music when working out that I don't listen to under any other circumstances-:laugh: like Lady Gaga and Juvenile [Get your hussle on is def my fav]. I also think 50 cent- In Da Club is a necessity. Happy listening. :drinker:

Yeah, a lot of them come from growing, I was really underweight at one point as a child due to illness and then I hit a growth spurt and my skin couldn't catch up. Happens to a lot of folks. But like most scars they fade over time.

I soak in soy sauce, cover in bread crumbs (or mashed crackers and crushed peanuts) and bake on like 400 until it's brown and a little more firm. It's pretty tasty. I also add it in to stir fry- just rice, carrots, peas and mushrooms and it's good that way.

It depends on how fast you feel you are walking. My dog does his business in the backyard, so our walks are for exercise, not bathroom breaks. It gives a lot of information about good sources of various nutritional requirements as well as some general definitions of words that new veggies may not know (such as what tempeh and quinoa actually). Lots of fruit and veggies, and even some soups are a filling, easy to store solution. We love to camp and I am a pescatarian so I wind up eating eggs for breakfast with some fruit, a tuna sandwich and a low fat string cheese for lunch, and some soup and raw veggies for dinner. Even Turkey burgers are pretty good with the right condiments/toppings. Just make 'em like you would a hamburger, but of course they are better for you.

The eaters are bad, but so are the friends who eat like a bird and make you feel like a pig for your veggie filled half a sandwhich....Most of mine are like that.

I so have this problem! But I also have never liked pictures of myself, even when it's just pictures of my head. I hate all my various IDs and name badges. I think I look really weird..but the mirror's okay. Anyway to get that "mirror" us to show up on film? :laugh:

Okay, I"m new at this so don't laugh- but as long as you are over 1,200 cals, eating fewer calories is better, right?
