I would say that if there is no pic at all (as opposed to a cartoon or a pet or a famous person etc.) that it communicates to me they haven't invested fully in their profile and may be new or may be trolling. Just my thoughts.

I do like Brick House's friend and use veggie stock and sometimes I add seasoned salt or red pepper flakes or some sort of Ms. Dash or something like that. Olive oil and lemon juice isn't so bad either- but its definitely not the same as the ones with the big hunk of pork cooked in.

It's like a decimal so in order to weigh 129 lbs you would need to lose 1 and 4 tenths or almost 1 and 1/2 pound. Does that help? (because .5 would be 1/2. .33 would be one third. .75 is 3/4....think of it like change or percents).

Not to be too weird/personal- but seing that you are female.... when I lost a certain amount of weight my hormones got all jacked up and I had some strange associated problems. Perhaps this might be a factor as well?

Way to be creative. I like to mix brown rice (about a cup) , salsa (about 1/4cup), cheese (1/4 to 1/2 ounce), lettuce ( about 75 to 100 grams of iceberg or romaine), black beans (1/2 or 1 cup), and some plain yogurt or a little sour cream ( 1 tbsp). Pretty delish! Depending on the amounts its in the area of 500 calories.

Are you getting enough dietary fiber? Fiber tends to fill me up- things like oatmeal, leafy greens...carrots, etc..?

I guess from what I've seen, I could support it. I think if it's natural food, more or less unprocessed you can't go too wrong in moderation. that being said, I'm a pescatarian, so I don't eat a lot of meat. I think lean meat is a healthy food source, though.

I have a membership at a tiny gym in my hometown, it's a couple membership for 50 a month. Totally worth it. The husband suffers through cardio due to the theater (and I've caught a few movies in there myself) and the weight machines and motivation are worth it to me.

Maybe you are like me and are constantly under your fat intake? I rarely eat enough *healthy* fats. I have to be conscious of it so I can balance it out. Your body does need healthy fats like nuts, avocados, dairy sources etc.

Well, Michael, dear, once your thighs stop touching you will likely run long enough for your waist band to chaffe or your arm band holding your ipod or even your socks. It's a running thing, not a chubby thing. :) Invest in the body glide. Every time I run long without it I come back missing a patch of skin.

This is going to sound counter intuitive, but the reason you are under on calories and over on carbs and protein is....you aren't eating enough fats. Try to add some healthy sources of fat such as nuts, avocados, high quality olive oils...some dairy sources with some fat. Fat isn't evil, you actually need some of it. That…
