Started Jan 2015. 77lbs down. Still a few to go!

I have had my meds upped and downed more times than I can remember to attempt to get my thyroid functioning. I'm now with a great GP who checks my bloods every 3 months to make sure it's doing what it should. In the last year I've lost 77lbs and still going..... Your choice but personally a good enough GP can get it sorted…

I'm very strict with my calories in the week. Workout 5 sometimes 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day.....
