Protein shake
Can I make a shake using protein powder the night before and keep it in the fridge for the morning or will it be gross by then....? Who has watched this? It's so horribly confusing and disgusting! Think I might never eat again!!! But seriously, what on earth does one then eat? Or put on kids sandwiches?

The times they are a changing......
Going from a time to hardly being able to walk around the block to finishing my first 10km race! YEAH!!!! Never thought I could do this, EVER! And now my next goal is a half marathon next year! Still have a way to go to reach my goal weight but getting there one day at a time!

Losing weight...
One of the things I'm still getting used to about losing so much weight is the amount of bones that now stick out of my body. There are a vast amount of chest and collar bones everywhere and I keep hitting my hip bones on corners or counters! Okay. The saggy skin sucks but the rest is pretty frikken awesome!!!

When I need motivation.....
So on days like today when I'm tired and cold and just not feeling it. Is snacking really needed?
Should I have a snack in between meals or not? I know some people say you need to eat every three hours to keep the body going, etc etc...... However, if I am not hungry do I really HAVE to have a snack or will I still loose if I just eat my 3 meals a day?
