I log as I go... or pre log for the day when I have a second. I always weigh in the morning... it definitely fluctuates throughout the day and I feel like the mornings are more accurate. I weigh first thing in the morning, after I pee and before I shower! LOL

Mine certainly weren't the first to go... and believe me, I wanted them to! But alas, they are gone! Now I just hope they won't disapear any more or I feel I will have nothing left!

I haven't done WW since I was 15, didn't have much luck... I don't like how it's a little more complicated when losing weight is pretty hard in itself... keep things simple!!!

Have you tried just talking to her? Maybe if you explain that if she wants to be healthy and keep the weight off, she needs to change her lifestyle, she'll listen. If she doesn't take her time and tries to change too many things at once, she will burn out... and she will gain the weight back.

I pretty much cheat every Friday for dinner... I still eat regularly throughout the day. I can fluctuate though, so if I have something going on Saturday, I'll do it then instead. It keeps me sain and I find that, even on cheat days, I eat a heck of a lot less than I did before MFP so it's not oo bad.

I can't access your pictue, but way to go!!!! I can tell a lot more in pictures than on the scale as well... like someone else said, you see yourself everyday so it's like watching grass grow! I'm really happy for you! :happy:

I traded in my 05 Honda Pilot for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata (better gas mileage) and LOVE it! We also have a 93 Honda Prelude and a 2004 Subaru WRX. I would recommend any of them!
