Amazing job! Loved watching your family grow and while you were shrinking

I'm sure there is a difference, but it's hard to see in your pictures. Next time, try to take your befores and afters in the same lighting/clothes/distance from your mirror... also, totally agree about lifting since you don't have much to lose! Good luck!

Amazing!!! How tall are you? We have very similar stats, though it took me a lot longer to lose it. You should be very proud!!!

*raises hand* I'm on my 456th day today!

ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN, NOT THE GYM!!!! Just sayin'.

I would say 14 US so I guess that would be a 16 in the UK, You can always exchange if needed!

My father had the gastric bypass surgery many years ago and I can certainly speak up on your behalf- Gastric bypass is NOT the easy way out!!!! If you fail to make lifestyle changes, you WILL be right back where you started. My dad is smaller than he was when he had the surgery, but he is still a very large guy and his…

Lemon is great for detoxifying the liver, but you won't see any weight loss benefits from it. Otherwise we'd all have a tree in our backyards :)

No matter how you approach the subject, she's not going to be willing to try something until she's ready. I would suggest that you make it a "family" thing instead of just geared towards her. Maybe let her know you want to get in shape and be a good example for your kids and ask if she'd be willing to join you. Start doing…

I definitely eat more when I'm at home being "lazy" vs. when I'm at work or out of the house. I think you just need to overcome the boredom eating. You can absolutely lose weight at home, it will just be more challenging. First step- get rid of all the crap! If it's not in the house, it won't tempt you! If you're a single…

The website highly recommends that you only do 3 days a week to avoid injury, so at most I would do every other day. I have a friend who jumped right in and started doing it every day and she was out with an injury within the first few days. Once you're close to the end and you've strengthened your legs/knees, you'll be…

You have done an amazing job! It is definitely something you will probably struggle with for the rest of your life, as I know I will, but I think once you get to your goal you'll be so thrilled with yourself and you'll be more inclined to keep it that way! Good luck to you on the rest of your journey!! :flowerforyou:

You probably put in to lose 2 lbs a week and the default is usually 1200 because MFP won't allow you to go any lower than that unless you set it up manually. If you don't have much to lose or don't mind losing more slowly, by all means, up your calories!!!

^THIS! Protein!!! I beat my last plateau by upping the protein and it really helped with all the cravings. It's a great way to feel satisfied for longer and it's also great for repairing muscles after a good workout :)

You're more than welcome! Congrats on cutting out the soda!

What is your FAVORITE healthy food for Breakfast: I love to blend Oikos vanilla Greek yogurt with a pre-made smoothie like the ones from Bolthouse Farms or Naked. So easy and yet so delicious! I use the MyBlend blender bottle from Oster (it's cheap and you can take the bottle with you so you don't have to worry about clean…

I wanted to add... How's your water intake? I see that you're not tracking it. I know it sounds silly, but I believe water has a much bigger impact on weight loss than you would think. I find it easier to track if I place 4 rubber bands on my 16 oz Tarvis cup. Every time I fill it up, I take off a band. My goal is always…

Alright hun, here's my opinion and please note that it is just an opinion! You are still at a high enough weight that it won't hurt to have a bigger deficit. When you have a lot to lose, it's not going to harm you to create a larger deficit and lose weight more quickly. I know what everyone says about TDEE, but I also know…

Can you make your diary public? You'll need to go to your settings and change it.

I applaud your fearlessness! How freeing!!! You should be very proud. I have always been super shy in a swim suit and I have vacation coming up in a month- your story has encouraged me to let go and just enjoy my vacay without worrying what others are thinking. Thank you for that!!! Oh, and I love your hubby's jersey!…

I'd have to agree with everyone else. You're not really leaving room for advice- I feel like anything I say will be shot down with some form of "I know this already" reply. Would you mind opening your diary so we can take a peek and try to help you figure this out? I also agree that you don't look like you have much to…

Lovely job!!! You'll be welcomed to "One-derland" very soon, I just know it! Congrats :flowerforyou:

I gained 40 lbs in my pregnancy and didn't lose any weight at all until he was about 11 months old even though I was exclusively nursing. Honestly, I feel like nursing hindered my progress (I've always been one to gain on birth control and nursing does affect your hormones in a similar way). Once my son started to eat more…

Just had to say... LOVE the blue hair

Amazing job! Very well done! You look so happy :drinker:

LOL this!!! Have you lost your mind? Give up chocolate? I would check myself into a mental institution before considering such things!
