When doing C25K..

I've completed week 2 this week, should I wait until next week to start week 3 or just continue when I want? Just wondering if there is any reason to wait.

    The website highly recommends that you only do 3 days a week to avoid injury, so at most I would do every other day. I have a friend who jumped right in and started doing it every day and she was out with an injury within the first few days. Once you're close to the end and you've strengthened your legs/knees, you'll be able to run every day if you want to, especially if you add in some strength training on the side. Good luck to you!!!
