I agree 100%. I've lost weight very quickly in the past, and gained it back just as quickly. This time around I am working hard at it, but not too concerned with shedding 20 pounds in a month :ohwell: I am loosing more slowly then in the past, but I am also training myself to eat right and I notice more muscle peeking out…

My wedding rings are loose on me now and they were TIGHT when I started getting fit in march, so for me it's taken about 4 months to drop about 1/2 to 1 full ring size. Hope this helps

I am glad you are feeling better, I wish I had seen the original post yesterday...my Husband has never been supportive and is very rude so I know how that must have felt, but you look awesome and are doing great keep it up!!!

I started at 235 in March, I'm at 201now and it's taken me like a month to loose 5 pounds UGH...My goal weight is 125 (according to BMI this is my "healthy weight") so I have a good 76 pounds to go ***smh***

I completely understand the pictures, I lost 100 pounds a couple years back and my befores and afters amazed me...I am just so mad I let myself gain it all back! But it is def motivating me to work harder and get to that goal.

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE SUBWAY!!! Girl eat your footlong...the calories are very reasonable for the amount of food you are consuming and planned out the right way you can still be well within your calorie intake at the end of the day! I get a foot long and plan to eat one one day and the other another!!! Subway rules!
