  • When I need motivation at the gym I sometimes hear Jillian Micheals voice saying "You are strong - this is easy for you" like she says it when you most need it in level 1 of the 30 day shred. And the other one comes from a Les Mills poster, on the wall in my gym: "Great bodies aren't born - they're forged"
  • level 1 day 9 done!! Just day 10 next monday, and then off to level 2.. Getting quite anxious about it! haha :)

  • Done with level 1 day 6, but somehow I forgot to do it yesterday! Don't even know how :P It doesn't leave me sore this time around, but when I tried to do it, like a year ago, I felt like dying. I'm clearly shaping up :P
  • Hi, I hope it's ok that I join you :) I'm new to MFP, but not to losing some pounds. I plan to do 30DS in 6 weeks, do it Monday-Friday. I've already done my first week, so I'll be finishing up level 1 this friday :)
