I have used Depo off and on over the years. However, this time I have gained 20lbs while on it. In the past it would just stop my cycle but now that I have started working out regularly I'm spotting with it. As much as I hate to say it I think I'm going to be switching to the pills when it's time for my next dose of Depo.
