Just make sure your not under 1200 NET! if you are have a snack after exercise a good thing is chocolate milk. high in cals too. Have some nuts doesnt take many to add extra cals on. Or plan what your eating during the day around what calories your burning or needing to burn

As long as your within your calorie goals for the day EAT enjoy your Brunch. Exercise so you can have a good time. its not like your never going to eat out again its learning how to eat out is the trick. I agree butter the pancakes lightly and dip the pancakes

Hi Michelle Your more than welcome to add me to your list Im good for logging that being said I am leaving town for 2 weeks for a death in my family and dont know when or if I will be on for that time but when I get back I will log everyday and support you I have lost 39 pounds so far and have about 100 still to go.

Well you have to think about it this way if you cant eat back at lease half of what your burned then its to much. If it puts you way under 1200 calories then its to much.
