I always try to have a small snack midmorning & midafternoon. I eat 1/2 a string cheese with 1/2 an apple or a few baby carrots or a few almonds. Have you decided where you are staying in Disney for the Mickey full marathon? We have made no plans yet. I'm considering Carribean Beach or Port Orleans. I did one full marathon in 2010 & I'm doing one in Indy this October so the Disney will make 3 for me.

1. Don't go out too fast...huffing & puffing at the start is too fast! 2. Stay toward the back if you are a slower runner. That lets the fast runners go & not struggle trying to get around you & you will be with runners more in your pace.
