Age: 36 Height: 5'2 SW: 216 CW:199 GW: 125-135 This is my umpteenth time trying to lose weight, this time it feels different though :) Eating healthy which has never been hard, but struggling with actually exercising. I have given up a lot of foods, but don't miss a lot of them, but what I DO miss a whole lot is CHEESE! I had a day like this yesterday, it sucks :( I kept on drinking water, warm drinks (green tea) helps a bit... but honestly I suffered through it, and was very frustrated.
