Also, wanted to add in case you didn't already know; make sure you have an easily digestible protein and carb like, fruit within an hour after your workout. Also, wait 1 hour before you eat something that is not easily digestible, after your workout.

Depends on how big your meal is. I usually wait a minimum of 45 minutes after a decent sized meal. If you're hungry before a workout you could try to drink a protein shake or eat greek yogurt with some fresh fruit. You only have to wait like, 15 minutes after having an easily digestible protein like that before working…

I don't count fruit as sugar. Fruit is good for you! Won't make ya fat. ;) I just try to eat high glycemic fruits in moderation i.e.; bananas, pineapple. Truvia and Stevia are a couple of really good sugar substitutes. I love Truvia!

I have just started to attempt and eliminate wheat and flour. I made this decision after watching a video on youtube by LeanSecrets "Reasons to stop eating wheat". You could check it out. LeanSecrets (with Brenda Leigh Turner) is a great youtube channel.

Tricep exercises. Do a youtube search for Get Madonna Arms and there's a 10 minute arm workout that is great for that. It's on the FitSugar or Popsugar youtube channel. They have a lot of awesome 10 minute workouts!

I struggle with this too. I did hear that if you are craving sweets to lick some cinnamon off of the back of your hand to curb your cravings. It does help.
