so i just started today...everytime i would go to the bathroom, after i was done using it of course. i would spend just a few minutes getting my heart rate up...i did standing mountain climbers along with jumping jacks....i just did 2 of them and its only 9....i could potentially do around 10 of those a day!! if you tinkle…

when i first lost 40 pounds back in 2013 what i use to do is: get on the treadmill, put on a disney movie, when they would start singing do a fast jog...so there could be 5 times in that one movie where im jogging for a good 15 minutes throught the movie

I have been on MFP for 480 days!! and lost 41 pounds, haven't been able to lose anymore, on the bright side haven't gained any!! My new goal is to lose 20 pounds by christmas, well lose anything would be great to keep it off is my all time goal....

Put everything in the slow cooker last night at 9pm, around 6am this morning it was done, I used the splenda brown sugar, 1.22 pounds of chicken and pineapple chunks/juice....OMG delicious.... cooked some brown rice this morning and going to eat this for lunch today....told some of the girls at work about this…
