Ok, I have a question, lol. I started the 30 day shred thing yesterday and woke up this morning so sore I can't move. How can I stop that and should I just push through the pain and keep going or wait for my muscles to heal? I don't want to stop. Last time I worked out I ended up tearing my rotater cuff.
