I know it's not the same, but I use Morningstar Farms soy dogs and whole wheat hot dog buns. For burgers, I use Boca. Fruit and veggies pack well in a cooler and I have a friend who brings fresh fish. Just keep up on the ice. I live on rice cakes now and the Aldi cheddar ones are the best. Hi there!! I too have been doing this faithfully since about February 15th. I was diagnosed with something called NASH - Non Alcoholic Streato Hepatitis and have since dropped 39 lbs. You can totally add me if you want. I'm always looking for MFP friends!!

I have set my limit to 1650 and that seems to be working for me. I usually eat under that amount anyway. I started out at 302 in February and have dropped 36 lbs since then. I don't know what your height and all is, but I am 5'11" . Good luck!!

Quinoa. I have tried so many different recipes. Some I've loved, others....... not so much. I tried the kale chips, but couldn't get past the aftertaste. Stays with you for a while.....
