I am on W1D3 of Rushfit and loving it so far. I am a bit sore still from Monday's workout (Strength & Endurance), but pushed to the past two days; today is cardio for me, so hopefully all goes well!

Well, I had to take a break from P90x the past few weeks to allow a pulled muscle to heal, but I am back and ready to start tomorrow! I can't wait to push "play" :-))

I am on week 3 of the Jillian's 30 day Shred. Week 1- Day 1 couldn't do a single push-up, but now I am got them down now. It definitely get easier with each week! :-)
