I moved to Wyoming and found 36 lbs since moving here. My new years goal is to "lose" those lbs. Like many of you I have tried every diet out their: Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, LA Weight Loss, ect :) This year I have decided not to "diet" but to watch my portion sizes and work out.
