Ok...reposting under the right account ;-) I too have over a 100 pounds to lose and I know how discouraging it can be at first. I have been at this since the end of September and on the weeks where I know I was so good and yet the scales shows only a small loss it is so frustrating! But, I really want to conquer this…

I second the recommendation for Pop Chips. They come in all different flavors but my favorite is the salt and pepper. 16 Chips is 100 calories and only a few grams of fat. Probably not the healthiest snack choice but, for me, it helps the chip craving for many less calories.

Wow...it is amazing to see all of the people who have lost over 100 pounds...it gives me inspiration to see all of those wonderful posts! I hope in a year I will be able to post that magiv 100 lost number too. :-)
