  • That's no big deal. Whatever vitamin C your body doesn't use, you just pee out. The fat soluble vitamins (D, E, A, and K) are the only ones you have to watch out about getting too much because they are stored in your fat...so it's possible to get "toxic" levels of those vitamins if you ingest huge amounts.
  • I had the same problem when I was working 11a-11p... I was sooo hungry i'd end up pigging out when i got home. If you like celery you could try cutting yourself up a bunch of sticks of that and dipping it in a tbsp of light blue cheese dressing (like Marie's)-- it's only 35 calories for the dressing and the celery is…
  • I'm guilty of it too! I've been "trying" to lose weight since October and I only started exercising for real last week. It does get easier once I'm into it but I still can't say i LIKE it. • Me too I've been on and off the bandwagon since I started this in September. Haven't lost a single lb but stayed exactly the same. I'm in! I know that not logging all my food has not been helping!
  • Bolthouse Farms creamy yogurt dressing - Classic Ranch. It's in the refrigerated section and has no preservatives or MSG (which is really difficult to find in a ranch dressing). Only 70 calories for TWO tbsps and I dont think I ever use that much. Great if you love ranch.
