I didn't like the armband cause it's keep falling off my arm while running; and I tried two different type of armband. They work just fine on my husband but his arms are a bigger. I haven't tried the belt.

Hi! My husband in the Army station at Fort Hood, TX. Wish we were still station in Monterey, CA since it was only a couple hours drive to visit family.

When I just to live on the 2nd floor instead of jumping jacks I would just repeat the same excersise where she bends her knees and punching side to side for cardio. I used to burn the same amount of calories I burn now that I'm able to actually do the whole video.

I'm 5'5 and weight 160. My HRM shows an average of 210-225 calories per session for Week 1.

I used to be that way until I started running. Now that I run about 5 times a week at least 3 miles each time. Running has help me I'm able to go to the restroom more often. Last month I had to take a week off from running and I couldn't poop.

That's a really good question. I have had my Polar F6 for alittle over 2 years so I know I'm going to need to replace my battery soon. Just tagging myself in this post incase someone answers the question.

I have a 2 year old and work full time, so I can't go run outside. I have access to a gym since my husband is in the Army but just driving there and driving back home is 30 mins so instead I jog on my treadmill for about 40 mins at home while my daughter is playing with her toys. I can still watch her and get my work out…

Yeah but I was really overweight from having my first baby. I gain like 65 lbs during pregnancy, so it's was extra weight. I ate Special K Cereal for breakfast and a banana or yogurt. For Lunch I would eat turkey sandwiches, salads, soups. For Dinner, I would have either special K Cereal or whatever we cook for dinner but…

For five months, I jog 3 miles in the morning, and three 3 miles in the afternoon five times a week and lost 55 lbs. I was a stay at home mom, so I had lots ot time.

I served 3 years in the Army, and I am now using my GI Bill. It's great! I join right after high school instead of going to college. My advice is to have your son go online and read about different MOS. If he's going to be waking up everyday to go do PT at 0530 and don't get off until 5, it's might as well be something he…
