I took mine to radio shack and they guy helped me put the new battery in. He just said to make sure this little seal went back in the right way. Works fine for me.

I bought the ebook Buff Brides this week. It gives you a 6 month or 3 month (I think) strength routine that you can do at home - each one is supposed to take an hour. I would run/walk as cardio or do a DVD on your cardio days.

I am 5'2" and right now my goal is 150 because I have never managed to break out of the 160s even on my best years of dieting. I can't even IMAGINE being less than that at this point. The wrist test tells me I am Medium Framed.

I am a risk manager at an investment bank. It is much easier to stick to a diet at work because NYC has tons of healthy grab and go restaurants and I try to bring breakfast, lunch, snacks most days. I would get into phases where I ate them at lunch or dinner. I recently saw a nutritionist and she has banned them. However, she did recommend alternatives for the same convenience without the creepy ingredients and sodium. Amy's, Kashi and Trader Joe's meals.

You can try plain nonfat yogurt (normal or greek) with frozen or fresh fruit mixed in. Maybe even some type of cereal mixed in if you want crunch. Totally addicted, but for all the right reasons. When I see the little "m" icon in my tabs at work, I pay attention to what I choose for lunch.. usually... and when I feel bad about my choices, I close the website, haha. Trying to make sure I always have it open!!

My vote is for bad idea. Especially if you do the oatmeal, then fruit for lunch deal. You'll be starving by the time dinner comes around and your daily calorie intake will be so low that you'll do the whole screw up your metabolism thing. It sounds like a starvation variation of slim fast to me.

I find that my HRM shows 100 calories more than the game. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I jsut started it, so I watch the videos and my HRM is counting away while the game probably is not.

My other advice is get the best shoes for your type of foot. I went to a running shop where they video you and the right shoes made a big, big difference for me.

I played it at a friend's house this weekend and it was some serious cardio but I'm not sure if there are enough songs to keep it interesting after a while. It is lots of fun to play with other people and try to "out-dance" them. It seems like it might be best as a party game.
