I make these all the time but roll them into balls. 1 is just under 100 calories with coconut flakes included. Sometimes I use almond butter, which is also delish!

I am going to try this recipe. http://www.pure2raw.com/2012/03/how-to-make-pulp-crackers-raw-and-baked/

I love gym-pact! Helped me turn exercise into a habit.. Started with 4x per week and this week I upped it to 5! Love the anytime feature for iphone as well because you really have no excuse not to get a workout in.

I am a big fan of the "cheat" meal. It makes it a lot easier for me to suck it up all week knowing I can indulge. I find I am much more successful when I eat incredibly clean 90% of the time versus having junk in moderation on a regular basis. Like your posting says, when I do that, it sends me on a downward spiral of more…

My first instinct was to say: then do something you don't hate. There are tons of other fun cardio options, but I also agree that you can grow to love it like many others have posted. I hate running, and sometimes I will get back into morning runs, but I love spinning, zumba, and weight lifting and even jumping rope, so I…

I have the Fuelband, have had it for quite a few months - I think I got it in July. I wear it like a watch since it tells time so have never been bothered by it. It is also pretty discreet since it looks like a livestrong band. The goal feature is very motivating and it has proved to be pretty accurate for most activities.…

Agree with everyone, the anxiety comes with the territory as every session brings a new challenge. I was so hesitant when I started, but by having a one on one session to go through my previous injuries, I was able to understand what I could do and what I have to scale (which is a LOT). I have been going since March and…

I still can't jump onto the 21" box, but one of my CrossFit coaches taught me a method that is helpful to me. I put some weights stacked next to the box and jump onto them a couple of times and then I start jumping from the weights onto the box. For whatever reason, starting closer to the ground and getting into the motion…

Just tried to add you, but it didnt find you.

Great book and great advice. I am as slow as ever but am not a heel striker and people don't beleive me when I tell them that. I feel like a lot of people perpetually sprint by definition, not run.

Hi everyone! we do still need some members. It works off of the average percent lost by the team, so if someone does really awesome it will help cover someone who doesn't need to lose as much. The cost in total is $60 which you can pay over 3 months and the top prize is $10,000 (2nd is 5k, third is 3k). Split across 5…

Bumping for the earlier birds.

It's pretty neat so far. There are even mini challenges where you can win other prizes + you get your weight verified at your gym through their website, so people can't cheat. Also, I like that you can pay the entry fee in installments over the 3 months. I still have 3 spots open on my team. :)

I just signed up and started a team for the challenge that started Friday. I still need 3 more team members, so feel free to PM me if you are interested in checking the site out. Go Team Skinny Minnies!

I would still get steamed whatever, but with the sauce I like on the side for dipping.. and soup.

Agreed! I wash my yoga crops at least 3 times a week and have had them for over a year with no problems AND they make you look at least 20 pounds lighter, seriously. I buy whatever is on sale. :)

I live in Fells Point, so Im definitely in!

I would never think to look for ingredients on an olive oil bottle, I would have assumed it would just read "Ingredients: olive oil", so I will definitely be checking mine out!

I thought it was having some recall issues and were not selling it anymore. I would stay away from it and stick to diet and exercise.

Turbo Fire or Insanity

I have paid money for both in the past. My nutritionist wrote a book, I could have saved a LOT of money if that book came out before I was dishing out the hourly fee. There are a ton of books that teach you about nutrition, the Tosca Rena books are great. If you want nutrition to be super easy and you are strapped for…

I'll do it. Sounds like you'll give some tough love or tough something! Haha.

Hi, Im Amber. I currently live in Baltimore MD and work for an investment bank doing reporting and project management. I started clean eating when I tried WW CORE a few years ago and got back into it when my personal trainer gave me a nutrition plan based on what she does when she gets ready for a show. We are also into…

Added my name. Great idea!

Lose 20 pounds. 17 to go, yikes!

I go at 6 am usually. I find that it's easier to plan my food knowing how many exercise cals I have and I usually have excuses to skip at night.

Make your own marinades so you can control (and simplify) the ingredients, especially sodium. Have toast with peanut butter for breakfast with fruit. Or kashi waffles, plain oatmeal, Greek yogurt with fruit and organic granola. Shredded wheat, puffed wheat or rice... Lunch, make chicken salad or tuna salad. Turkey burgers,…

I bookmarked you too! I always take pics when I try recipes. Everything looks delicious!

I have the same problem. I was told to use a good moisturizer before working out and exfoliate. I am buying the Clarisonic skin brush thing - have heard great things about it!

I think the ground cloves will make an important difference to the flavor to cut through the cream cheese flavor. If you use the pumpkin pie spice, I recommend at least also adding the cloves.
