I've noticed this over the last few months. My tennies at the moment are a 4.5 and I've gone from having to have them laced loosely to having to lace them as tightly as I can get them and they're still slipping all over the place. I've had the same problem. My favorite workout clothes are now a pair of capris that are a little tighter (not a lot), high waisted and have a really wide waist band. Those puppies don't budge until I make them :) And on oversized t-shirt or tanktop.

Can I join in? Walking is my main form of exercise and I walk just about everywhere I go. My month so far - 1st - 5.32 miles 2nd - 5.51 miles 3rd - 4.27 miles 4th - 5.17 miles 5th - 8.13 miles 6th - 8.71 miles 7th - 8.18 miles 8th - 7.84 miles May total so far 53.13 miles . . . that's higher than I thought it was!

I know it's 100+ but is 99 close enough to be friends? (I could probably do with losing more, but 99 will put me at the high end of "normal" so that's what I'm aiming for at the moment).
