Shoulders have been my hardest area to grow! All I want is my delts to pop. :( Side/Front Lateral Raises (Alternating), 12lb DB x 24 Standing DB Press with Rotation, 15lb. DB x 20 Bent Over Rear Delt Raise, 12lb. DB x 15 Mountain Climbers x 100 (Helps shoulders, core, and just about everything else!) Repeat 4 times.

I drink a ton of water before, during, and after I eat. If I do this, it doesn't matter what I eat, I'm stuffed! High fiber foods do help though.

I'm sure artificial sweeteners are probably bad for you in some way, just like all processed, chemical-loaded foods. Here's my justification... if it results in an overall healthier you, then I think it's worth it!

I found that drinking diet soda saved me from cheating with the real deal! I did cut it out the last couple of weeks to avoid bloating and all of the other digestive issues that could arise with artificial sweeteners.
