For me it's I don't get sick. I have to avoid eating anything for a minimum of 2 hrs before otherwise I get sick.

Coworker did it over a year ago. She was all gung ho about losing weight, tried to get me to join but I politely declined. She lost I think 15 lbs in about 7 weeks. She got bored with it and gave up. She regained all her weight and then some. I tried to talk her into doing MFP. She refuses too.

It's a Saturday so I will be at the gym.
