Thx! Swimming will be easy & being tackled by 3 boys for 40 mins (if they don't drown me first lol) will burn a ton! This opened my eyes when I read this article from Chalean Johnson about some weight gain while weight lifting. Makes total sense when explained this way and made me not beat myself up so much gaining a few pounds when working so hard! Gaining Weight? OMG!!! I was just talking about this to my girlfriend about this & was wondering if anyone else has the same issue. For me it is the week prior to. My legs felt like they were cemented down to the floor! I didn't work as hard but did get thru the workouts. Thank goodness I start my recovery week(CLX/Inasnity hybrid)

Chalean Extreme, tried P90X and same issue, to long. Chalean works lower and upper body at the same time. I am on insanity/CLX hybrid and am loving it! Good Luck!

I am on week 4 of insanity and was just wayyy too much food for me! I kinda mix it up with foods from others.
