I looked for this thread after realizing that my 1 cup of 1% low fat milk counted as 12 for my sugar intake for the day..i guess I agree with those of you who say to just cut out the junk food sugars and Ill keep my healthy sugars at least for now. :smile:

would love to try !! I have a hard time even drinking 3... and the more I drink the more trips I have to take to the bathroom :( I cant imagine drinking 8 cups a day but im gonna give it a go as one of my first goals on the site. One plus Ive noticed with drinking more water is it leads to healthier skin as well. Good luck…
