Great start on week 4. I wish there was 2 cardio days instead of 2 total body circuits. I've gotten better at them but just can't seem to look forward to those total body circuit days.

I only burn 110 calories but it goes by quick and I enjoy it, I'm pretty sure its not needed to advance progress.

I missed Wednesday so my double workout was today. It was tough but I pushed it. Felt good to do so well on my 2 least favorite workouts. I am looking forward to stretching tomorrow.

I am no expert but your numbers sound normal to me. My max's are much higher than the numbers you posted but my averages are similar. You should be eating exercise calories on top of base 1200. Are you set to lose 2 pounds per week or 1 lb per week. If you are set for 2 pounds then reduce to 1 pound per week.

Cardio still my favorite workout. Did much better with total body workout this week. Tightened up my shoes and got a rubber mat to put my hands on to stop them from slipping. That enabled me to put more into the workout. I actually burned 84 more calories this week on the total body work out then I did last week. Keep up…

Yes, all my water comes from cold water cooler and I get cold but for me it works both ways, I drink hot tea and I warm up.
